As Front Office Receptionist, we rely on you to:
- Conduct the guest check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage the day-to-day front desk operation
- Provide a friendly and hospitable welcome to our guests
- Responds to all manners of inquiries regarding hotel facilities and room features
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure guests\' requirements are met
- Loves interacting with guests
- Communicates with fluency in English
- Loves to be creative with an eye for detail
- Has a can-do attitude
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Has strong interpersonal skills
- Has knowledge of OPERA system
