Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and candidates with professionalism and courtesy. Manage incoming calls, emails, and front-office communication. Provide administrative support to the HR and recruitment teams. Maintain organized records and office documentation. Ensure the reception area reflects a professional and welcoming environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR or a relevant field. Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken). Strong knowledge of MS Office packages. Professional, approachable, and proactive personality.

Working Hours & Benefits

Sunday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Saturday (Half-day): 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM Opportunity to grow with a leading HR brand in the Middle East.
