DescriptionJob Summary: Looking for a Front Office Executive in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)Job Key Details:
  • Respond to the telephone, screen and direct calls if necessary
  • Welcome persons and direct them to correct destinations or call the staff to escort the visitors
  • Take and convey messages
  • Handle queries from the staff and customers
  • Collect and sort mail as well as deliveries
  • Maintain appointment diary
  • Prepare letters and documents as required
  • Keep the reception area tidy and clean at all times
  • Perform any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Should be a graduate from a recognized institution
  • 2+ years of experience in the same or similar position
  • God computer knowledge with excellent typing skills
  • Must be a good communicator
  • Asian candidates are required
