Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and subcontractors in a courteous and professional manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
Coordinate with project managers and site teams for scheduling meetings and site visits
Support document control, filing, and tracking of project-related paperwork
Assist procurement and admin teams with vendor communication and invoice processing
Manage courier services, office supplies, and front desk inventory
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Candidate Requirements

Experience:
Minimum 2 years in a front office/admin role within the
construction or contracting industry
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
