Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner
Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls, emails, and general inquiries
Maintain the reception area to ensure a neat, organized, and professional appearance
Coordinate visitor access and inform concerned staff of arrivals
Administrative Support
Handle incoming and outgoing courier, mail, and deliveries
Maintain office registers (visitor log, call log, courier records, etc.)
Assist in document preparation, filing, and record maintenance
Support HR and Admin teams with basic coordination tasks as required
Office Coordination
Coordinate meeting room bookings and arrangements
Assist with office supplies management and inventory tracking
Support internal communication between departments
Ensure adherence to office policies, attendance, and basic discipline at the front office
Customer Service
Act as the first point of contact for clients and ensure positive customer experience
Address basic client queries and route them to the appropriate department
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Ability to work under pressure and handle visitors diplomatically
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
Minimum
1-3 years of experience
in a front office or receptionist role
Prior experience in UAE corporate or service industry environment is an advantage
Knowledge of office etiquette and professional communication standards
Working Conditions
Working hours 08:30 to 05:30
Formal dress code mandatory
