Front Desk Receptionist (Female)
Salary:
Up to AED 5,000
Languages:
Fluency in English is a must. Arabic is a strong advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner at the front desk
Create engaging social media reels and short videos to promote our brand
Manage and update company social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Handle incoming calls, messages, and customer inquiries
Follow up with clients and leads through phone, WhatsApp, or email
Maintain the front office and ensure a clean, welcoming environment
Provide administrative support and coordinate with the sales team
Requirements:
Female candidates only
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented
Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Prior experience in customer service or receptionist roles is a plus
Creative mindset for content creation and video making
Able to work independently and as part of a team
