We are looking for a Front Office & Operations Executive who will be the first point of contact for clients, learners, and visitors, while also playing a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our training delivery. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Front Office Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and learners in a professional and courteous manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries efficiently.
Maintain front office cleanliness and presentation standards.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and training room setups.
Manage incoming/outgoing mail and courier services.
Operations Support:
Assist in coordinating training schedules, trainer logistics, and learner communications.
Support the documentation process for attendance, assessments, and certification.
Liaise with trainers, vendors, and support staff to ensure seamless training execution.
Maintain and update training databases, feedback forms, and reports.
Assist in handling client onboarding, follow-ups, and post-training support tasks.
Ensure administrative compliance with internal processes and quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in any stream
2-3 years of relevant experience in front office, operations, or administrative roles
Previous experience in the education or training industry is a plus
Key Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments
Professional demeanor and attention to detail

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
