We are currently seeking a talented and dynamic Front Office Executive to join our team and become an integral part of our patient-centred environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing a friendly and professional demeanour. Register patients by collecting personal and medical information accurately. Schedule appointments and maintain the clinic's appointment calendar efficiently. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information or redirect calls as necessary. Verify insurance information and assist patients with insurance-related queries. Maintain patient records and ensure they are accurately updated in our electronic database. Handle billing processes, including verifying insurance coverage and collecting payments. Collaborate effectively with medical staff, assisting in various administrative tasks as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office area.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in healthcare administration or related field is a plus. Proven experience as a Front Office Executive or similar role, preferably in a medical setting. Exceptional customer service skills and ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various tasks simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and general computer skills. Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance procedures is desirable. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
