We are looking for a dynamic and well-presented
Receptionist
to join our team. This role goes beyond traditional front desk responsibilities -- you will also play a key part in our sales process by managing client leads and scheduling meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Handle incoming calls, messages, and walk-in inquiries
Receive and manage
leads provided by the company
Follow up with leads and schedule meetings
for the counselling/sales team
Maintain a daily log of appointments and ensure timely follow-ups
Achieve a
monthly target for scheduled meetings
Assist with basic administrative duties and front desk management
Ensure the reception area is always clean, organized, and presentable
Support the team in maintaining client engagement and smooth workflow
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling, CRM knowledge is a plus)
Ability to multitask and handle pressure
Prior experience in a front desk or client-facing role preferred
