Greet and assist patients, visitors, and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage appointment scheduling, patient registrations, and data entry in the laboratory management system.
Coordinate with laboratory staff for timely sample collection and result delivery.
Handle phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about lab services.
Ensure smooth front desk operations, including managing billing, payments, and invoicing.
Maintain organized patient records and files while ensuring confidentiality.
Support administrative tasks, such as managing inventory of office supplies and lab forms.
Address patient concerns promptly and ensure a positive experience.
Requirements:
High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in a medical/laboratory setting.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and data management systems.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and a customer-centric attitude.
