A reputed Training & Professional Development Institute in Abu Dhabi is urgently seeking an
experienced Male Front Office Executive
to efficiently manage reception and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors, students, and clients in a professional manner.
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and email communication.
Manage student registrations, course inquiries, and documentation.
Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for smooth operations.
Maintain office files, attendance records, and front desk reports.
Track daily walk-ins and follow up with potential leads.
Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times.
Support general administrative and clerical tasks when needed.
Requirements:
Male candidates only (as per job requirement).
Minimum
1-2 years of experience
as a Front Office Executive / Receptionist (institute experience is a plus).
Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Strong customer service, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Presentable, well-mannered, and professional attitude.
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
Immediate joiners highly preferred.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
