Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling as needed.
Handle patient inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
Assist with patient check-in/check-out procedures and maintain accurate patient records.
Provide support for upselling healthcare services and products, such as treatments, wellness packages.
Process patient payments and handle insurance verifications.
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely patient flow and communication.
Maintain a clean and organized front office environment.
Perform general administrative duties such as filing and managing office supplies.
Requirements:
Prior experience in a front office or customer service role, ideally in a healthcare setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to handle patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Experience with upselling healthcare services or products.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Proficient in using office software and scheduling tools.
Knowledge of medical terminology and basic insurance processes is a plus.
