Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, delivering a courteous and professional experience
  • Manage telephone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently and promptly
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and document handling
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and professional front-desk and reception area
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate meeting room bookings, and assist in organizing events or staff functions
  • Support office administrative activities including record management, filing, and data entry
  • Assist with travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and logistics coordination for visitors and staff
  • Monitor and maintain office inventory, including supplies and stationery
  • Support financial and procurement-related administrative tasks as required
  • Ensure adherence to AECOM's internal policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Provide general support to the management team and coordinate with other departments for office operations
Ideal Profile
  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or front-office role
  • Strong communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-focused approach
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance, reliability, and discretion in handling confidential matters
