We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional
Front Office Associate
to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient front office experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests or clients in a warm and professional manner
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and redirect calls as needed
Perform check-in/check-out procedures (for hotel/clinic settings)
Maintain front desk organization and cleanliness
Manage bookings, appointments, or room reservations
Handle payments and issue receipts/invoices
Resolve guest issues or escalate them to the appropriate department
Maintain accurate records and reports
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills (MS Office, reservation systems, etc.)
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Detail-oriented and well-organized
