Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently and accurately.
Manage room assignments, key issuance, and reservation updates in the PMS.
Welcome guests warmly and provide prompt assistance with all inquiries.
Answer calls, handle emails, and coordinate guest requests with other departments.
Maintain lobby standards, guest relations, and overall service quality.
Handle cash, card payments, deposits, and billing transactions correctly.
Coordinate closely with Housekeeping and Engineering for room readiness.
Resolve guest issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
Maintain accurate shift handovers and daily operational records.
Follow hotel policies, grooming standards, and SOPs at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year
hotel Front Office experience (mandatory).
Knowledge of PMS systems (MyCloud preferred but not required).
Strong communication skills in
English & Hindi
.
Customer-service mindset with professional attitude.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Must be
currently in UAE
and ready to join
immediately
