Key Job Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Dy. CFO, managing the calendar, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Compile and analyze financial information and prepare well documented approvals / PO/ Comparatives for approval.
  • Ensuring financial records are accurate and properly documented.
  • Assist Dy. CFO with duties related to the month-end close, year-end close and outside agency audit tasks.
  • Coordinate and communicate financial matters between the Dy. CFO and other team members.
  • Assist in preparation of the MIS and other needed reports.
  • Provide financial information for other departments and agencies.
  • Monitor financial deadlines and ensure timely submission of reports
  • Handle all IOM preparation and finalization for Dy. CFO office.
  • Manage approval workflow for payments, PO and comparative for approvals.
  • Monitor the process of DOA related documents.
  • Support in Finance related task arising from GBC Streamline Contracting, GBC Facility Management and GEW (India) operations.
  • Handle the adhoc tasks assigned by Dy. CFO.
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
  • Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions from visitors
  • Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
  • Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a copy machine, and a computer
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received
  • Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed
  • Maintain the general office filing system
Education Qualification, Work Experience & Skills
  • High school diploma or degree
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to type 35 wpm minimum
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
