The Front Office Assistant serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. This role involves managing phone calls, greeting guests, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to ensure seamless office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls; handle inquiries and manage appointment scheduling.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Provide administrative support, including filing, documentation, and office supply management.
Address general inquiries and offer support to the office team as needed.
Qualifications:
Fresh graduates or candidates with prior experience as a Front Office Assistant or in customer service.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Female candidates preferred.
Saudi nationality required.
