Job Description

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and visitors Maintain and organize files, records, and documents Prepare correspondence, reports, and basic data entry Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars Handle office supplies inventory and place orders when needed Assist with accounts, invoices, and basic bookkeeping tasks Support staff with administrative and clerical duties Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and service providers Ensure confidentiality of office information

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
