Welcome and assist guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
Handle reservations, payments, and guest inquiries efficiently.
Provide accurate information about the hotel, facilities, and local area.
Ensure all guest requests are handled promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain a high level of grooming, professionalism, and guest service standards.
Follow IntercityHotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
Saudi National
(mandatory).
Previous experience in Front Office or Customer Service is an advantage.
Strong communication skills and a friendly personality.
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Ability to work in shifts, under pressure, and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills; knowledge of Opera PMS is a plus.
