Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and efficient

FOH - Team Member

to join our team. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving coffee, food and beverages, handling payments, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Location: Ras Al Khaimah

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers, take orders, and serve food & drinks promptly. Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the counter and dining area. Assist in setting up tables and preparing service stations. Address customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints politely. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

Requirements:

Prior experience in hospitality (preferred but not mandatory). Basic math skills for handling cash transactions. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule (weekends/holidays as needed).
