\xe2\x80\x8bCharterhouse is working with a client in the luxury space who is looking to hire Front of House to join their dynamic team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-reputable, luxury organisation. Due to this role being a short-term contract, our client prefers that the candidate is on a sponsored visa.

About the role
Your duties will include but are not limited to; managing front of house, greeting clients on arrival and ensuring they are welcomed into the business with a professional and personable manner, offering excellent customer service. You will be the first point of contact answering all incoming calls and responding to enquiries or transferring the call to the relevant member of staff.

Additionally, you will also ensure the reception area is tidy at all times, maintaining upkeep of the office and ensuring that the office is equipped with stationary. As the front of house, you will be responsible of scheduling appointments, ordering stock, arranging deliveries, some administrative tasks and any adhoc duties where required.

Our client has a well reputable brand; therefore, they are seeking candidates with excellent English communication skills, who can provide high quality customer service to upkeep their excellent reputation.

About you
To be considered for the role, it is crucial that you have customer service experience. Ideally, you will have worked within the Luxury Space however, this is an advantage, not essential. In addition to exceptional customer service skills, you must have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal with an excellent team work approach. The successful candidate will already be residing in Dubai, ideally possessing UAE working experience.
