1. Assist in the development and implementation of customer service initiatives.
2. Assist GM to deal effectively with customer complaints and queries.
3. To deliver Customer focused calls daily to pending complaints.
4. Ensure that full auditable procedures and practices are in place for processing, storage and management of member information including financial information.
5. Prepare and send to Management Daily Sales and Expenses Reports.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
