The Front Desk & Administrative Assistant serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and partners of La Foret
Real Estate. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the company's professional image through excellent
communication, organization, and client service. The position also supports the administrative and operational needs of
the office to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Duties:
Greet and welcome clients, guests, and agents in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and ensure a welcoming environment.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, deliveries, etc.).
Provide accurate information about company listings, services, and contacts when required.
Administrative Support:
Assist with general office operations, filing, and documentation management.
Prepare and update company records and administrative logs.
Handle scheduling of meetings, office supplies inventory, and maintenance coordination.
Support agents and management with property listing documentation and coordination.
Assist in organizing internal events, meetings, and staff activities.
Prepare reports, le,ers, and other administra2ve correspondence when needed.
Qualifica(ons and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative or front desk role, preferably in
real estate or
property management
.
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and client-focused mindset.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with CRM or listing platforms.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
