Main Objective of the Position:



The role involves managing inbound and outbound customer communications across phone, email, and WhatsApp, converting inquiries into leads and coordinating service bookings. Responsibilities include scheduling field teams, supporting with entry permits and NOCs, preparing after-service reports, and handling payment links. The position also involves promoting services, gathering customer feedback, aligning appointments with customer preferences, and ensuring smooth operational flow while adhering to company policies and identifying areas for process improvement.

Task and Responsibilities:



Attend incoming calls and convert them into potential leads and sales opportunities. Manage and respond to customer queries via WhatsApp, emails, and phone calls in a timely manner. Make outbound calls to existing customers for service reminders and to promote new offerings. Make outbound calls to new leads received via digital platforms like email and WhatsApp. Coordinate with internal teams to schedule services and book time slots as per customer convenience. Support the field team with NOC (No Objection Certificate) and Entry Permit requirements for customer premises. Assist the Customer Experience Team in aligning service slots with customer preferences. Prepare after-service reports and follow up with customers for feedback and support service closure processes. Manage field team schedules based on scope of work, location, and duration. Create and share payment links post job completion as per customer request. Identify areas for improvement in daily operations and suggest ways to enhance resource utilization. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines while handling daily responsibilities.

Desired Candidate Profile



Proven experience in customer service and sales support roles. Required 3 years sales experience in UAE Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in ERP software and MS Office A person with high self-esteem, confidence, perseverance, enthusiasm, and pleasing personalities and who are well organized
