Real Estate Sector Responsibilities:
Welcome clients and visitors to the office and notify agents or brokers of their arrival.
Answer and direct incoming calls; take accurate messages when necessary.
Schedule property showings, open houses, and appointments for agents.
Maintain office calendars and coordinate meeting room availability.
Assist with preparing and organizing listing documents and client files.
Handle incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
Provide general administrative support, including data entry, photocopying, and filing.
