Greet and assist patients and visitors courteously.
Manage patient registration, appointments, and EMR updates.
Handle inbound/outbound calls and provide accurate hospital information.
Conduct insurance eligibility checks and coordinate pre-approvals.
Manage billing, issue receipts, and perform end-of-shift financial handovers.
Maintain accurate records and support administrative duties.
Ensure seamless coordination with hospital departments.
Requirements:
Diploma or certification in hospital administration or customer service.
Fluent in
Arabic and English
(spoken and written).
Experience in hospital front-desk or medical administrative roles.
Knowledge of
EMR/HIS systems
and insurance coordination.
Presentable, professional, and able to work under pressure.
