About the Role:

We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact forour organization. The ideal candidate will ensure a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and clients while efficiently managing day-to-day front office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly. Manage reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (couriers, deliveries, etc.). Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as required. Provide administrative support to management and other departments when needed. Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings. Coordinate with office staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:

Female candidates only. Preferably on own visa (husband's visa / father's visa / freelance visa preferred). Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar front desk/receptionist role. Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
