Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of UAE healthcare front desk experience (mandatory).
  • Fluency in Tagalog/Arabic & English (spoken and written).
  • Graduate degree (any discipline, healthcare-related preferred).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, hospital management systems).
  • Available to join immediately.
: * Patient Interaction:
  • Greet patients/visitors, manage inquiries, and provide accurate information.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with medical staff.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain patient records, registrations, and insurance verification.
  • Handle billing, payments, and document processing.
  • Multilingual Support:
  • Assist Arabic/Tagalog-speaking patients with translations if needed.
  • Compliance & Coordination:
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare policies and confidentiality (HIPAA/DHA guidelines).
  • Liaise with doctors, nurses, and other departments for smooth operations.
  • Miscellaneous:
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and clinic/hospital logistics.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
