Greet visitors to the center in a professional and friendly manner and ensure minimum wait in the reception area
Manage and screen all incoming phone calls in a professional and polite manner and respond to general enquiries
Maintain records of new enquiries and re-direct calls to appropriate employees/departments to ensure the customer's query is resolved in a timely and effective manner
Schedule and follow up on meeting requests to book the conference room for confirmed meetings
Record registration requirements and send the details to the appropriate department
Assist the support services team with other administrative tasks
