Job Description

Job Purpose:
To serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. The role also contributes to creating a welcoming and efficient office environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Handle visitor inquiries and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Maintain reception area cleanliness and ensure it reflects a professional image at all times.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate meeting room bookings.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Support HR and admin team with logistical and clerical duties when required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role (fresh graduates may also be considered).
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good time-management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
