Red Castle Hotel is seeking a friendly and professional Front Office Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests. The role focuses on delivering excellent guest service and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and handle check-in/check-out efficiently
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
Manage reservations, billing, and payments accurately
Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments
Promote hotel services and facilities
Requirements
Previous hotel front office or customer service experience preferred
Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Familiarity with PMS systems (Opera is an advantage)
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED1,801.00 per month
