What you will be doing:

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a positive first impression.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
• Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of room availability, guest accounts, and financial transactions.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Upsell hotel services and amenities to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the lobby and common spaces.

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian Language
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
• Proficiency in using hotel management software or similar systems.
• Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• A genuine passion for providing outstanding guest service.
