Responsible for providing excellent guest service at the reception by handling check-in, check-out, reservations, guest inquiries, and ensuring a smooth guest experience in line with hotel standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
Manage guest complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
Process payments accurately and maintain cash/credit transactions securely.
Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs.
Maintain a neat, professional appearance and uphold hotel service standards.
Requirements:
Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in hotel systems/PMS is an advantage.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays.
