Position Overview
The Front Desk Agent role at InterContinental Dubai Festival City is the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in delivering a warm, professional, and seamless arrival and departure experience. This position supports front office operations within a large-scale luxury hospitality cluster in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests on arrival and provide a professional, friendly, and efficient check-in experience
  • Handle guest check-outs accurately, ensuring billing and payment procedures are completed correctly
  • Manage room allocations, guest profiles, and reservations using hotel systems
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure smooth guest stays
  • Maintain accurate records and update guest information in the system
  • Handle cash, billing adjustments, and foreign currency transactions in line with procedures
  • Promote hotel services, facilities, and dining outlets to enhance the guest experience
  • Follow front office standard operating procedures and brand service standards
  • Ensure guest privacy, data confidentiality, and security procedures are upheld at all times
Ideal Profile
  • Previous experience in front office or guest services within a hotel environment is preferred
  • Friendly, confident, and professional communication style
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel systems is a plus
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
