Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests with a professional and friendly approach.
Handle check-in and check-out procedures smoothly and efficiently.
Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries.
Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Address guest complaints, requests, and concerns promptly.
Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate records in the system.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
Follow hotel policies, service standards, and security procedures.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a hotel front office or customer service role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of hotel management software (Opera or similar) is an advantage.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Professional appearance and a guest-focused attitude.
