Job Description

Job Summary:

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for greeting visitors, answering inquiries, managing bookings or appointments, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk experience. They act as the face of the organization and play a key role in providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome guests, clients, or visitors in a professional manner. Answer phone calls, emails, and messages promptly and courteously. Maintain an organized and clean front desk and reception area. Respond to customer queries and complaints, escalating issues as needed. Schedule appointments or reservations and manage calendars. Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and packages. Maintain records, forms, or registration logs as required. Follow security procedures and control access to the premises. Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.

Qualifications and Skills:



High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or administration is an advantage. Proven experience in a customer service or front desk role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and front desk systems (e.g., POS, booking software). Professional appearance and attitude. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,200.00 per month
