About the Role:

As a Front Desk Agent, you are responsible in providing professional and customer-focused services to our guests at Oryx Airport Hotel. You will ensure that the guests will have a memorable experience by attending to their needs with utmost professionalism and care. You will serve as the first point of contact of our guests and will handle their requests and complaints, registration and reservations. You will provide them information about their hotel rooms, room rates and facilities of the hotel. You will ensure that all check-out guests payment is balanced at the end of the shift.


You will provide prompt, courteous and efficient services to all guest, in order to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized service from arrival until departure. You will personally greet and escort guests to their rooms to make them feel expected and welcomed.

Qualifications

About you:

Minimum High School Qualification Fluency in both written and spoken English, good interpersonal skills and proficient in computer application. Exposure to multi-cultural environment with high level of attention to details. Up to 2 years of job-related experience. Pleasing personality and willing to work on shifts. Knowledge of Opera systems is a definite advantage.
