Successful Company is looking for a Receptionist. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills and be well-versed with Microsoft Office, telephone systems, and other front-desk responsibilities. Responsibilities:
Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
Notifies company staff of visitor arrival
Maintains telephone systems and takes messages to redirect them to the concerned recipient in a timely manner
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories
Maintaining the general office filing system, both online and offline
Operating all office equipment regularly e.g. the copy machine, printer, computer etc.
Maintains a clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions irregularities, and continuing needs
Qualifications and requirements:
Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in a similar position
Self-motivated, proactive and organized
Familiarity with phone systems
Previous experience with Microsoft Office software preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferable Industry: Luxury Retail, Banking
