Job Summary:

English Language Private School, a leading British curriculum school in Dubai, is inviting applications for a

qualified French Teacher

to join our Primary and/or Secondary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about language instruction and cultural learning, with experience teaching in a UK curriculum setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality French language lessons in line with the UK National Curriculum Prepare students for language assessments (including IGCSE, where applicable) Foster language acquisition through engaging, interactive teaching methods Promote student engagement and cultural understanding in the classroom Monitor and report on student progress and behavior Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to school events and activities

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in French, Education, or related field (Master's preferred) Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed., Level 5 Diploma) Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a UK curriculum school Experience with Cambridge or Pearson Edexcel IGCSE French is a strong advantage Excellent communication and classroom management skills Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday

7:20 AM - 2:00 PM

Term-time only, based on the school academic calendar
