About the Role

A well-established UK curriculum school in Dubai is seeking qualified Teachers for French Language to teach across both Primary and Secondary levels. The candidates must demonstrate strong subject knowledge, effective teaching strategies, and the ability to inspire students in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver French lessons aligned with the UK National Curriculum. Develop students' listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Differentiate instruction to meet students' varying needs. Prepare students for internal and external assessments (GCSE / A Level). Maintain accurate assessment and progress records. Contribute to extracurricular and language enrichment activities.
Requirements (as per KHDA Teacher Appointment Regulations 2025-26)

Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Ed) orBachelor's Degree in French / Modern Languages with a Teacher Preparation Qualification (PGCE / PGDE / Level 5-6 Diploma in Education). Minimum 1 year experience for Primary, 2 years for Secondary. Qualifications must be attested and UAE-equated. Valid Police Clearance Certificate and Medical Fitness Certificate. Eligibility for a KHDA Appointment Notice and Educator Permit. Completion of KHDA-required professional development modules (Safeguarding, Inclusion, Wellbeing). Native or near-native proficiency in French and fluency in English.
