As the Executive, Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base for our cargo services. You will play a key role in prospecting, generating leads, building relationships, and closing sales deals. You need to have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for cargo services.
2. Identify and prospect potential customers, generate leads, and build a robust sales pipeline.
3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify target industries, customers, and market trends.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries.
5. Present and promote the company's cargo services to prospective customers, showcasing the value proposition and competitive advantages.
6. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations, tailored to customer requirements and objectives.
7. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to secure profitable business deals.
8. Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, pricing, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements.
9. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging market opportunities.
10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer information, sales activities, and sales forecasts.
Mandatory Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field preferred. Relevant certifications or training in sales are a plus.
2. UAE market knowledge is a plus. Proven work experience as a Sales Executive in the cargo, logistics, or transportation industry (minimum 3 years of experience).
