Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven
Sales Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
Freight Forwarding and Logistics Sales
, with a proven track record of generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify prospective customers and evaluate their needs through research and industry analysis.
Generate new business opportunities and promote company logistics services.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
Visit key accounts regularly and involve superiors as part of CRM to ensure retention and increased business.
Sales Process Management:
Develop and deliver customized proposals and solutions to prospective clients.
Prepare and present reports by collecting and analyzing market and customer data.
Customer Support:
Provide high-quality support and guidance to customers.
Work closely with Customer Service and Operations to resolve client issues and complaints effectively.
Credit Control & Risk Management:
Ensure adherence to credit policies and follow up on overdue payments in coordination with the Accounts Department.
Identify and minimize avoidable risks in all customer and partner dealings.
Vendor & Partner Coordination:
Identify suitable overseas agents, negotiate competitive rates and tariffs with them, as well as with shipping lines, airlines, and service providers.
Reporting & Compliance:
Maintain high standards of service quality and ensure compliance with company policies.
Fulfill additional duties as assigned by the Head of Sales or CEO.
? Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum
3-5 years of proven sales experience
in Freight Forwarding & Logistics within the UAE market
Strong
network of clients
and contacts in the logistics industry
Excellent understanding of
international freight forwarding, customs clearance, and logistics solutions
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Valid UAE Driving License
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
