We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatrician to join our team. In this role, you will provide primary care to infants, children, and adolescents, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of pediatric illnesses and conditions. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive well-child exams, including physical assessments, developmental screenings, and immunizations.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and medical conditions in pediatric patients.
- Provide counseling and guidance to parents and caregivers on child health, nutrition, safety, and development.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, specialists, and social workers, to coordinate patient care and referrals.
- Monitor growth and development milestones, and intervene early to address any developmental concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient histories, examination findings, and treatment plans.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing medical education activities.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics.
- Valid medical license to practice in [State].
- Completion of pediatric residency training program.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of pediatric medicine, including developmental milestones, common childhood illnesses, and evidence-based practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care, with a commitment to promoting the health and well-being of pediatric patients.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
