We are seeking a highly skilled and dependable

Freelance Web Developer

to join our team on a remote, project-based contract. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in

availability during assigned tasks and urgent work

is essential. We are looking for someone responsive, committed, and capable of delivering quality work on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain

custom WordPress websites

(themes, plugins, ACF, CPTs) Build secure and scalable web applications using

Laravel

and

YII2

Write and maintain backend logic in

PHP

and

Python

Perform

custom CRM integrations

using APIs (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) Set up and manage

server environments

(Apache, Nginx, cPanel, or CLI) Troubleshoot and resolve

email delivery issues

(SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) Optimize websites and applications for performance, SEO, and security Collaborate with project managers and communicate regularly on task progress Provide timely support for urgent issues or high-priority tasks when needed

Required Skills & Experience:Custom WordPress Development

Custom theme and plugin development WordPress REST API, hooks, and security best practices

PHP

Strong OOP and MVC experience API development and troubleshooting

Python

Scripting, automation, and backend processing

YII2 Framework

Experience with Gii, Active Record, RBAC, modular architecture

Laravel Framework

Eloquent ORM, Blade templating, queues, migrations, authentication (Sanctum/Passport)

CRM Integration via API

Experience integrating third-party CRMs via RESTful APIs and webhooks

Server Configuration & Email Troubleshooting

Server setup (Linux, Apache/Nginx, cPanel) DNS, SSL, SMTP, email authentication records setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)

Additional Requirements:

Must be

available during assigned tasks or urgent issues

(within reasonable working hours) Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently Strong time management and attention to detail Familiarity with Git version control

Nice to Have:

Basic front-end experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js or React) Experience in Agile or remote team environments
