PINNACLE Innovation & Education, a unique Training Company in Dubai is on the hunt for experienced Freelance Trainer for JEE, NEET ( Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology)- to assist and conduct informative training sessions, promote company efficiency, and improve the skills of all personnel and aspirants. • Provide high quality test preparation instruction to the aspirants applying for the test exams.
• Design, develop, and maintain test preparation materials.
• Administering and scoring practice tests and providing feedback to the students.
• Implementing the right methodology and style in conducting the live classes for the students.
• Remaining up-to-date with developments in the field and subject matter.
• Be able to handle both one-on-one sessions and group sessions, online or classroom.
• Working with each student/aspirant closely to understand their knowledge gap and helping them close it by conducting various exercises.
• Assessing the student feedback and developing an action plan to improvise.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience in the field of standardized test preparation.
• Bachelor's Degree in Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics/ Biology or a related field
• Prior experience in training JEE, NEET- Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology.
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field/industry.
• Prior UAE work experience in training is necessary.
• Must be familiar with software and tools used in the educational and training industry.
• Passionate about teaching and educating, must have patience and the right attitude in dealing with students and aspirants.

Experience:

• JEE , NEET Exam preparation training: 3 years (Preferred)
