• Show strong commercial awareness to ensure high-quality work without exceeding the client\xe2\x80\x99s budget.
• Amend, revise, and redevelop campaigns based on feedback from the Creative Director or clients.
• Challenge creative briefs and your team\xe2\x80\x99s thinking to produce game-changing work.
• Develop bold campaign ideas.
• Create thought-provoking presentations that demonstrate how ideas translate across different channels.

About the team You\xe2\x80\x99re ready to embrace a new role brimming with opportunities and ambition to produce the best work of your career. You both bring (required):

• 4-7 years of agency experience.
• Experience as a creative team within an advertising agency.
• A compelling portfolio, showcasing 2-3 examples of outstanding work.
• A track record of developing and delivering presentations to clients that are both responsive to the brief and exemplify brutal simplicity of thought.
• Exceptionally high standards for execution with meticulous attention to tone and detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
