Employment (Full Time) We are now offering full-time and part-time work-from-home opportunities to freelance recruiters based in the UAE. Your job as a freelance recruiter would require you to search for and screen candidates for various positions open with our clients in the GCC region. We will provide you with all necessary support like access to Job Portals, Job Postings, Phone Calling Credits etc. Requirements - Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting for various positions/roles.
- Excellent communication/conversational skills in English.
- Ability to modify and improve CVs (for grammar, formatting, chronological order).
- Ability to understand a job description and identify candidates matching the role.
- Industry awareness. Awareness of GCC job market.
- Social media skills.
- Computer skills (MS Word document formatting skills, Converting Word documents to PDF, Skype calling). Compensation: This is a freelance position without a fixed pay and we will pay a very attractive commission per successful hiring sourced through you. Based on your performance we can extend your role into a permanent paid position after a trial period of six months. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED1,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
