Job Overview: We are seeking a versatile and creative individual to join our team as a Freelance Photographer and Graphic Designer. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing captivating images as well as creating visually appealing graphic designs that align with our brand identity. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing both photography and graphic design skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to contribute to various creative projects. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct on-location or in-studio photoshoots, ensuring the proper lighting, composition, and framing for each shot. - Edit and retouch images to meet brand standards and project specifications. - Create visually compelling and on-brand graphics for digital and print materials, including social media posts, advertisements, and packaging. - Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to understand project requirements and objectives. - Ensure consistency in branding across all design and photography assets. - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. - Organize and manage digital files for both photography and graphic design projects. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques in both photography and graphic design. Qualifications: - Proven experience in e-commerce sales, preferably in the fashion or streetwear industry. - Strong understanding of online sales platforms, e-commerce best practices, and customer behavior. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. - Familiarity with CRM systems and order processing tools. - Passion for streetwear fashion and a keen eye for trends. Education and Experience: -Proven experience as a freelance photographer and graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing both skill sets. - Experience in streetwear fashion photography and graphic design. - Proficient in photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop) and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). - Strong understanding of composition, lighting, visual storytelling, and design principles. - Ability to interpret creative briefs and turn concepts into visually appealing designs. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Attention to detail and a strong sense of creativity. - Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines. - Own and maintain necessary photography equipment.
