to deliver practical, industry-oriented training sessions. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in
Quantity Surveying
,
BOQ preparation
,
cost estimation
, and hands-on proficiency in
CostX software
, with the ability to teach students of various levels.
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality training on
Quantity Surveying concepts
, cost estimation techniques, and BOQ preparation.
Provide hands-on sessions on
CostX
, including digital takeoff, measurement, and estimate preparation.
Develop effective training materials, sample projects, and real-world case studies.
Guide students on QS methodologies used in the UAE construction industry.
Assess learners' progress and provide additional support where required.
Stay updated with the latest QS practices, software updates, and industry standards.
Assist in enhancing internal training content and course outlines.
Qualifications
Strong practical experience in
Quantity Surveying
, cost estimation, and BOQ preparation.
Mandatory expertise in CostX software
for measurement and estimation.
Prior teaching, training, mentoring, or coaching experience preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Background in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields is an added advantage.
