We are a growing company currently implementing
Odoo ERP
to streamline oursales and accounts operations
. We are looking for an experiencedfreelance Odoo specialist
who can not only configure the system but also ensure that our setup aligns with proper financial and tax compliance.We need a consultant to help us set up and configure
Odoo Sales and Accounts (Invoicing/Accounting) modules
for a duration of 1-2 months. This includes designing workflows, ensuring tax compliance readiness, and training our team to manage day-to-day usage.Key Responsibilities
Configure
Sales and Accounts modules
in Odoo (Inventory management, quotations, sales orders, invoicing, payments, etc.). Set upchart of accounts, taxes, and journals
as per local compliance requirements. Ensure correct mapping of financial entries for smooth reporting and tax filing. Providebasic training
to our team on daily operations (sales entries, invoice creation, payment recording). Generate standardfinancial and sales reports
(P&L, Balance Sheet, Tax reports). Suggest best practices for integrating Odoo with our compliance and tax filing processes.Requirements
Proven experience inOdoo ERP implementation
, especially in Sales & Accounting modules. Good understanding ofaccounting workflows
and tax compliance (experience working with businesses without an internal accountant is a plus). Ability to work independently and deliver within deadlines. Strong communication skills to guide a non-technical team. Availability for ashort-term contract (1-2 months)
